Our physicians and physician assistants try to promptly return your phone calls. Most often, due to their schedules, they will return phone calls after they finish seeing patients. Your provider may direct her medical assistant to deliver a message on her behalf so you do not have a long wait for a return call. However, if you feel you have an urgent situation that is taking too long to address, please call back. If you feel it is a true emergency, please come to the ER or Labor & Delivery Triage at Norton Suburban.
